How we handle personal information when you use Airehaus as a buyer or a seller.
1.What we collect
We collect the minimum needed to run the marketplace: seller account details and shop content, buyer contact and shipping details entered at checkout, and order records. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.
2.How buyer information is shared
A buyer’s shipping address and order details are shared only with the seller fulfilling that order, so they can post the parcel. We do not sell personal data.
3.Processors we use
We rely on Supabase (database, authentication, and image storage), Stripe (payments and seller payouts), and Resend (transactional email). Each processes data only to provide those services.
4.Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons. Contact us to make a request.
